Personnel and Safety
BRUCE Industrial Company recognizes the importance of good safety practices and conducts a formal program to assure the safest workplace possible. We have a full-time safety director on staff, participate in the Delaware Department of Insurance Workplace Safety Program, maintain PINS and OSHA training for all shop and field personnel, and conduct regular safety meetings and job site audits. Random drug screening of our workforce helps assure a safe working environment.
We are proud of our accomplishment of having received the PLATINUM LEVEL SAFETY AWARD which is presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in partnership with OSHA to recognize "The Best of the Best" for outstanding safety practices and performance.
